SOS Stress Management Coaching is for Partners of sex addicts who suffer from stress, trauma and confusion or have difficulty concentrating, making decisions or have other symptoms of PTSD. Many Partners also suffer from physical health issues such as back pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, etc.
SOS Stress Management Coaching can literally save your life. Stress is implicated in over 80% of disease processes including heart disease, obesity, diabetes, depression, asthma, GI issues, accelerated aging and Alzheimer’s Disease just to name a few. Stress negatively impact your immune system making you vulnerable to disease. Stress also releases hormones into your body that can impact your ability to think clearly, make rational decisions or react to situations effectively.
Managing your stress is one of the most important things you can do for yourself and your family.
I frequently integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coaching with my SOS Stress Management Coaching to help you modify the reactions and responses to the stressors of being in a relationship with a sex addict or to reduce stress and the symptoms of PTSD.
Each session is individualized to whatever you need at the time. If you request I will record your session for you so that you can review them it at your convenience.
You and I will work closely together to determine the issues in your life that you wish to change and we will put together a plan. You will be given lots of supportive print resources and worksheets to keep you on track along with e-mail support from me whenever you need it.
You can purchase Coaching Sessions as you need them according to your own schedule and use the print resources and worksheets between sessions to work on your goals independently. Each session is individualized to whatever you need at the time. If you request I will record your session for you so that you can review it at your convenience.
It is highly recommended that you commit to a 6 month, 2 to 4 sessions a week program if you want to achieve the best results. A few sessions may help you understand your situation and get you on track for setting goals, but they will not be able to give you the benefits of the full program.
